Has a short, tattered cape with a fur-lined collar. Wooden bracer on his left arm with red markings, fastened together with a length of rope. Most of his uniform has seen better days.
VOICE: Deep, gravelly voice of Ben Starr. Fluent in English and French, sometimes code switches between the two.
